The cilantro and parsley were late to show but really took off once they did. I went ahead and removed the damaged dill and one thyme sprout that looked like it wasn't going to last. I have noticed that either due to the increasing plant requirements or the fact that I've opened the starter kit (probably both), that the peat is drying out faster. I have been misting the seedlings with enough water to moisten the peat whenever it shows signs that it is drying.
